1. How to Book

Reservations at Kesar Hills can be made through our website, by email at kesarhillspushkar@gmail.com, or by calling our reservation team at +91 83024 17488. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October to March) and for special events.

2. Confirmation and Deposit

All bookings require a 30% advance payment to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI.

3. Check-in Requirements

Upon check-in, guests must provide:

Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver's License)
Credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges
Signed registration form

4. Room Occupancy

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced for safety and comfort. Extra guests beyond the room capacity will be charged additional fees. Cribs and extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Children Policy

Children under 5 years stay free when using existing bedding. Children between 5-12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate. Extra beds for children are available at an additional cost. Please inform us about children at the time of booking.

6. Pet Policy

Kesar Hills is a pet-friendly resort. Pets are welcome in designated rooms and areas. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pets must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in dining areas or the spa.

7. Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate special requests (room preferences, dietary requirements, celebrations, etc.). However, these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please inform us of any special requirements at least 3 days before arrival.

8. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 10 or more rooms, special rates and customized packages are available. Please contact our events team at least 4-6 weeks in advance to discuss your requirements. A signed agreement and 50% advance payment will be required to confirm group bookings.

9. Seasonal Rates

Our rates vary by season. Peak season (October-March) rates are higher than off-season (April-September). Festive periods and special events may have premium pricing. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

10. Package Inclusions

Package inclusions vary based on the selected plan. Typically, our packages include accommodation, breakfast, and access to resort facilities. Specific inclusions will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation. Additional services (meals, activities, spa treatments) may be available at extra cost.

11. Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Early check-in before 2:00 PM and late check-out after 11:00 AM are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend requesting these services at least 24 hours in advance.

12. Damage and Security

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of hotel property during their stay. A security deposit may be required at check-in. Any damages will be charged to the guest's account before departure.

13. Resort Credit and Vouchers

Resort credits and vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

14. Privacy and Data

All guest information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
