All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, you agree to:

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the package and season. Please refer to our specific cancellation policy for your booking. Generally:

Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative charges
Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: No refund

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Resort Rules and Regulations

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following:

Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
No smoking inside the rooms and designated areas only
Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings
Visitors must be registered at the front desk
Pets are not permitted unless specifically arranged in advance

7. Liability

Kesar Hills shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or that of our employees.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
